As I said earlier, those things are all manifestations of fear.
But no matter how long you’ve been held back by doubt, poor confidence, and other limitations, here’s something I need you to understand:
It’s not anything wrong with you...
You see, fear is often rooted deeply in your past.

And when it comes to your business, it’s keeping you from the income and freedom that will make your life truly sing.
I know this from experience.
THAT WAS MY STORY, TOO...
I spent almost two decades suffering from physical and emotional abuse. I’m not going to go into details… but I can tell you that what I lived through completely shattered my confidence and left me feeling like I didn’t deserve anything good out of life… much less the wild success that I still so desperately craved.
And the limitations stuck with me long after I finally pulled myself out of that abusive environment. The put-downs and bruises went away… but the feelings of shame and inadequacy never did.
Because of that, my first years in business were a dismal failure. There was still a small glimmer of hope inside of me (just like there is inside of you now) that I could rise above my limitations and be the authentic, successful superwoman I always hoped I could be.
But for every moment when I noticed and savored that glimmer, there were a thousand more when the same old, damaging thoughts took over and destroyed my enthusiasm.
“I’m not good enough.”
“I am not worthy and deserving of living an extraordinary life”
“Joy and abundance are only for other people… not me.”
You get the idea.
But I knew there had to be a way out (and up)… not only for me, but for thousands of talented, compassionate, driven people just like me!
Somewhere in the sea of negative thoughts and self-imposed limitations, there was a still, small voice that never gave up.
It told me that there was a way up… and that I needed to start finding it today. And it wasn’t just so I could have the money and freedom I’d always wanted… but also because there were countless people out there who deserved to finally be free from their own internal roadblocks too.
I’m not going to tell you I stumbled onto some “magic formula” that freed me from my self-built prison overnight. It wasn’t like that at all.
Instead, the journey involved a LOT of trial and error… being compassionate with myself… and quite a bit of hard work.
Believe me, there were many nights when I would have rather parked myself in front of the television with a glass of wine and a quart of Ben & Jerry’s than face the obstacles that were holding me back.
But eventually, I learned the skills to move past my personal limitations…
To free myself from the negativity that had held me back for so long…
And to build the thriving, enjoyable, purposeful business that I once thought “just wasn’t for me.”
